Regulations

In accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia, online store owners are required to outline terms of delivery, return of goods, and the right of refusal. This reservation is referred to as a distance contract (MC regulations).

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this internet store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), and the person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), hereby enter into the following agreement:

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and Payment Arrangements

The buyer places orders for goods on this website, specifying the type and quantity desired. Payment can be made through the payment tools provided on the website or by settling the invoice sent electronically by the seller via email. The invoice, prepared electronically, is considered valid without a signature.

Upon receipt of payment, the seller guarantees delivery of the goods within 4-10 working days, coordinating the delivery schedule with the buyer.

Right of Retoure and Refund

The Buyer retains the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Product by sending a retoure letter to the Seller. The retoure letter must be sent to the Seller via email at [email protected] in free form.

The Buyer is responsible for returning the product to the Seller within 7 days after sending the retoure letter. All expenses related to returning the goods to the Seller are to be borne by the Buyer. The Seller will refund only the value of the item, excluding shipping costs associated with delivering the item to the Buyer.

The right of retoure cannot be invoked if:

  • The ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or consumable.
  • The ordered goods are custom-made for the Buyer according to an individual order.

The images of the products displayed in the online store are for illustrative purposes only. While the Seller endeavors to depict the colors of the goods as accurately as possible, it cannot guarantee that the Buyer's device screen will precisely reflect the colors. The Buyer acknowledges that slight variations between the goods and their images may occur, which does not constitute grounds for returning the goods.

According to the sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal." Therefore, the Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold a compensation fee if the product is damaged due to neglect during use, failure to follow the instructions in the manual, loss of the product's original packaging, or significant damage to its packaging.

By entering the required information and placing the order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the provided data will be used by the Seller to process the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in compliance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Latvia. Additionally, the Buyer consents to receive notifications regarding the processing of their order at the specified email address.
